Destination Information

Tell us about an accessible destination you'd like to recommend. The form asks for:

  • Your Name
  • Your Email (required) — we may contact you for clarification about your recommendation
  • Destination Name (required), for example Sunshine State Park, Central Library, or Mountain Vista Trail
  • City and State
  • Description (up to 500 characters) — describe this destination, what makes it special, and what visitors can expect to find there, including details about activities, facilities, and what makes it accessible
  • Website (required) and Phone Number
  • Additional Notes — any additional accessibility information, special accommodations, or tips for other visitors

  • Approved recommendations will be added to our directory within 1-2 weeks
