West Acres Mall

About

West Acres Mall is the premier shopping destination in the Fargo-Moorhead region, bringing together over 120 specialty stores, four anchor department stores, and a spectacular food court under one roof. Located at 3902 13th Ave S in Fargo, it's been a gathering place for the community for decades.

The mall offers a wide variety of retail experiences, from nationally recognized brands to unique local boutiques. Whether you're hunting for the latest fashion, picking up gifts, or browsing home goods, there's something for every taste and budget. The food court features a range of dining options that make it easy to refuel during a shopping trip.

Beyond shopping and dining, West Acres hosts special events throughout the year that bring the community together. Seasonal celebrations, family-friendly activities, and promotional events keep things fresh for regular visitors. The mall's spacious layout and climate-controlled environment make it a comfortable destination year-round, which is especially welcome during North Dakota's cold winters.

Guest Services, located near the main entrance, serves as a helpful first stop for visitors. Staff can assist with directions, answer questions, and provide information about current promotions or events happening in the mall.

West Acres is conveniently situated along 13th Avenue South, one of Fargo's main commercial corridors, with plenty of nearby hotels, restaurants, and attractions. It's an easy stop whether you're a local or passing through the region.

Accessibility

West Acres Mall confirms that the facility is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators providing easy access to all areas of the mall. The single-level layout of most retail space, combined with wide corridors, makes independent movement straightforward for wheelchair users and those with mobility aids.

Wheelchairs and electric carts are available for rent from Guest Services near the main entrance. This is a great option for visitors who can walk short distances but need assistance covering the full mall. Guest Services staff can help get you set up when you arrive.

The mall's policy allows only service animals inside the facility, with exceptions made during designated pet-friendly events. This is worth noting for visitors who rely on service animals, as they are welcome at all times.

Parking is available in large lots surrounding the mall, though specific details about designated accessible parking spaces and their proximity to entrances should be confirmed with Guest Services before your visit. For the most current information about restroom accessibility, sensory accommodations, or any other specific access needs, contact West Acres Guest Services directly. They can provide up-to-date details and help plan a comfortable visit.
